Terms
Last updated 15 September 2026
These are the terms for using Qrious. They're short on purpose. By making an account you agree to them.
Who you're dealing with
Qrious is provided from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Contact us through our Help page at qrious.ae/help, which carries our support address.
Your account
Give your real name and an email address you control, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. An account is for one person.
Your page and what's on it
What you put on your page stays yours. You let us store it and show it to anyone who opens your page, because that's the point of the service. Don't put anything on it you don't have the right to use.
Don't use Qrious to:
- pretend to be someone you're not;
- publish anything unlawful, deceptive, hateful or harmful;
- send people to scams, malware or spam;
- try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service.
We may hide a page or suspend an account that does, and we'll tell you why where we can.
People's details
If your page collects visitors' details, you're the one they're giving them to. Use them only in the way they'd expect, and follow the rules that apply to you. The privacy notice tells visitors what happens to what they leave.
Plans and paying
Every account starts on a plan that costs nothing. Paid plans' prices are on the pricing page and are charged monthly or yearly. You can cancel at any time; you keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for, then your page moves back to the plan that costs nothing, and nothing is deleted. Refunds are handled case by case.
Printed and NFC cards are quoted individually. Nothing is ordered until you've accepted the price and paid.
The service
We work to keep Qrious available and your page fast, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. We may change features over time; if a change takes away something you pay for, we'll tell you first.
Ending
You can stop using Qrious whenever you like, and delete your account yourself from Settings in your dashboard. What we keep afterwards, and why, is in the privacy notice.
Responsibility
To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the problem.
Changes and the law
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell account holders before it takes effect.
The law governing these terms is being confirmed with our legal advisers before launch and will be named here. Until then, nothing in these terms limits a right you have under the law that applies where you live.
