Help
Most things can be done from your dashboard. Here is where.
Your account
How do I change my password or my email address?
In Settings. A new email address only takes over once you've confirmed it from that inbox. If you've forgotten your password, use “Forgot password” on the sign-in page.
How do I get a copy of everything you hold about me?
In Settings, “Download everything” gives you one file: your page, sections, leads and their notes, events, codes, card orders and invoices, with your leads as a spreadsheet as well.
How do I delete my account?
In Settings, at the bottom. It lists what will go, and asks you to type your handle. Your page and every code stop working at once, and it can't be undone. Invoices are kept, without your account, because the law requires it.
I'm signed in on a phone I no longer have.
“Sign out everywhere” in Settings signs you out on every device, this one included.
Your page and codes
Can I change my link?
Yes, on My Profile, once every 30 days. The old link keeps working and sends people to the new one, and your printed codes aren't affected.
A card with my code on it was lost.
On My Profile, revoke that code. It stops opening your page straight away, and your other codes keep working.
How do I order printed or NFC cards?
From Cards in your dashboard. We come back to you with a price and how to pay before anything is made.
Leads and emails
Where do the people who left their details go?
To Leads in your dashboard. Only you can read them; people at Qrious can see how many there are, never who.
Which emails do you send, and how do I stop them?
An email when someone leaves their details (one summary instead of many when people arrive close together), when someone asks for a meeting, and when a card order moves on. Switch each one off in Settings, or with the link at the bottom of any of those emails, without signing in.
I left my details on someone's page and want them removed.
Ask the person whose page it was. If you can't reach them, write to us and we'll pass the request on.
