Questions

What happens when I hit a limit?

You can't add another section, or a kind of section your plan doesn't include, until you remove one. Nothing already on your page is touched, and the editor tells you which plan includes what you tried to add.

If a price changes, does mine change?

No. A subscription keeps the price it was agreed at, and that price is what renews. A new price applies to new subscriptions only.

Can I get my data out?

Yes, on every plan. Settings in your dashboard has “Download everything”: one file with your page, leads and their notes, events, codes, card orders and invoices, and your leads as a spreadsheet. Anything else, see Help.

Do I need to give payment details for Personal?

No. It needs your name, an email address and a password, and nothing else.
